§ 13.1-690.1. Director of open-end management investment company deemedindependent and disinterested.
A director of a corporation that is an open-end management investmentcompany, as defined by the Investment Company Act of 1940, who with respectto the corporation is not an interested person, as defined by the InvestmentCompany Act of 1940, shall be deemed to be independent and disinterested whenmaking any determination or taking any action as a director.
