15.2-1512.3 - Telecommuting by local government employees.

§ 15.2-1512.3. Telecommuting by local government employees.

Each local government is authorized and encouraged to establish and implementa telecommuting policy under which eligible employees of such localgovernment may telecommute to the maximum extent possible without diminishedemployee performance or service delivery.
