§ 15.2-1653. Ascertaining results.
The electoral board shall ascertain the vote from the returns, and shallcertify in duplicate the votes cast for removal and authorizing theexpenditure of the amount stated in the petition and against removal. One ofthe certificates shall be filed with the county clerk and the other with thejudge of the circuit court.
