§ 15.2-2108.14. Civil action.
A private provider may file an action against a municipality in the circuitcourt having jurisdiction over the municipality for equitable relief,including a restraining order and injunction, for a violation of theprovisions of this article. At least 10 days before filing such action theprivate provider shall file a written notice thereof with the municipality.
