§ 15.2-2157.1. Permit for onsite sewage disposal system installation incertain counties.
Augusta County may require any person desiring to install a septic tank orother onsite sewage disposal system to secure a permit to do so. A reasonablefee may be prescribed, not to exceed $150, for processing an application forsuch a permit.
