§ 15.2-2283.1. Prohibition of sexual offender treatment office inresidentially zoned subdivision.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no individual shall knowinglyprovide sex offender treatment services to a convicted sex offender in anoffice or similar facility located in a residentially zoned subdivision.
