§ 15.2-2648. Purchase in open market.
Provision may be made in the proceedings authorizing refunding bonds for thepurchase of the refunded bonds in the open market or pursuant to tenders madefrom time to time when there is available in the escrow or sinking fund forthe payment of the refunded bonds a surplus in an amount or amounts to befixed in such proceedings.
