15.2-3605 - How appeals granted and heard.

§ 15.2-3605. How appeals granted and heard.

An appeal may be granted by the Supreme Court or any justice thereof. Courtcosts shall be awarded as the Supreme Court determines. The costs in theSupreme Court shall be awarded to the party substantially prevailing.
