§ 15.2-631. Department of extension and continuing education.
The department of extension and continuing education, if and whenestablished, shall consist of the county extension agent, who shall be headof the department, a home economics agent, a 4-H youth agent and such otherextension agents and employees as may be appointed or employed. The countyextension agent and the other extension agents shall be selected from a listof eligibles submitted by the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and StateUniversity. They shall perform such duties as the board imposes upon them.
