§ 15.2-954.1. Volunteer firefighter or emergency medical services personneltuition reimbursement.
Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, any locality may byordinance establish and administer a tuition reimbursement program foreligible volunteer firefighters or emergency medical services personnel, orboth, for the purposes of recruitment and retention.
