16.1-225 - Penalty for violation of confidentiality of records.

§ 16.1-225. Penalty for violation of confidentiality of records.

Any person who knowingly and willfully violates the provisions of thischapter which require confidentiality of such records shall be guilty of aClass 2 misdemeanor.
