§ 16.1-278.1. Definitions.
As used in this article, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Parent" includes parent, guardian, legal custodian, or other personstanding in loco parentis.
"Public service project" means any governmental or quasi-governmentalagency project or any project of a nonprofit corporation or associationoperated exclusively for charitable or community purposes.
