§ 16.1-278.12. When judicial consent in lieu of parental consent authorized.
In cases involving judicial consent to the matters set out in subsections Cand D of § 16.1-241, the juvenile court or the circuit court providingconsent may also make any appropriate order to protect the health and welfareof the child.
