§ 16.1-348. Availability of judge.
The chief judge of every juvenile and domestic relations district court shallestablish and require that a judge be available seven days a week, 24 hours aday, for the purpose of performing the duties established by this article.Such judge shall have the authority to perform the duties established by thisarticle.
