§ 18.2-498.5. Actions on behalf of Commonwealth or localities.

The Attorney General on behalf of the Commonwealth, or the attorney for theCommonwealth, on behalf of the county or city as the case may be mayinstitute actions and proceedings for any and all violations occurring withintheir jurisdictions.
