§ 18.2-106. "Agents of the merchant" defined.
As used in this article "agents of the merchant" shall include attendantsat any parking lot owned or leased by the merchant, or generally used bycustomers of the merchant through any contract or agreement between the ownerof the parking lot and the merchant.
