§ 18.2-121.1. Permitting certain animals to run at large.
The owner or manager of any animal mentioned in § 55-316, who shall knowinglypermit such animal to run at large in any county or portion thereof, underquarantine, shall be deemed to be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
