§ 18.2-133. Refusal of person on land, etc., of another to identify himself.

Any person who goes on the lands, waters, ponds, boats or blinds of anotherto hunt, fish, or trap and willfully refuses to identify himself whenrequested by the landowner or his agent so to do shall be deemed guilty of aClass 4 misdemeanor.
