§ 18.2-148. Bona fide repossession under lien.
The provisions of §§ 18.2-102, 18.2-146 and 18.2-147 shall not apply to abona fide repossession of a vehicle, aircraft, boat or vessel by the holderof a lien on such vehicle, aircraft, boat or vessel, or by the agents oremployees of such lienholder.
