§ 18.2-152.11. Article not exclusive.
The provisions of this article shall not be construed to preclude theapplicability of any other provision of the criminal law of this Commonwealthwhich presently applies or may in the future apply to any transaction orcourse of conduct which violates this article, unless such provision isclearly inconsistent with the terms of this article.
