§ 18.2-152.13. Severability.
If any provision or clause of this article or application thereof to anyperson or circumstances is held to be invalid, such invalidity shall notaffect other provisions or applications of this article which can be giveneffect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end theprovisions of this article are declared to be severable.
