§ 18.2-209.2. Failure of clerk to give notice of appointment of specialcommissioner to collect purchase money or rent.
If any clerk fail to give notice as required by § 8.01-103 of a specialcommissioner, he shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
