19.2-384 - Payment of expenses and costs.

§ 19.2-384. Payment of expenses and costs.

Expenses and costs incurred in the proceedings shall be paid as the court, inits discretion, shall determine; except that no costs shall be adjudgedagainst the Commonwealth.
