§ 19.2-81.5. Cooperation with a law-enforcement officer.
Upon receipt of a request and documentation of an indictment or issuance of awarrant from a law-enforcement agency, any public agency within theCommonwealth may disclose to the requesting law-enforcement agency fromagency records, to the extent permitted by federal law, the address of anindividual who has been indicted or for whom a warrant for arrest for a crimepunishable by incarceration has been issued.
