§ 2.2-1106. Consolidation of other laboratories.
The Director of the Department may take in and absorb within the Division anylaboratory activity that is owned and operated by a political subdivision ofthe Commonwealth that will conform to the duties and responsibilities of theDivision. Any costs that may accrue to the Commonwealth as a result of theconsolidation shall be paid out of funds specifically appropriated for thispurpose by the appropriation act.
