2.2-1137 - Location, construction or lease of state consolidated office buildings.

§ 2.2-1137. Location, construction or lease of state consolidated officebuildings.

Subject to the authority of the Virginia Public Buildings Board, theDepartment shall be responsible for the location and construction or lease ofstate consolidated office buildings at the seat of government and throughoutthe Commonwealth for joint use by state agencies, departments andinstitutions.
