§ 2.2-2208. Proceedings by bondholder or trustee to enforce rights.

Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this article or any of thecoupons appertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trust indenture oragreement or resolution, except to the extent the rights given may berestricted by the trust indenture or agreement or resolution authorizing theissuance of the bonds, may either at law or in equity, by suit, action,mandamus or other proceeding, protect and enforce any and all rights underthe laws of the Commonwealth or granted hereunder or under the trustindenture or agreement or resolution, and may enforce and compel theperformance of all duties required by this article or by the trust indentureor agreement or resolution to be performed by the Authority or by any officerthereof, including the fixing, charging, and collecting of rates, rentals,fees, and other charges.
