2.2-2629.1 - Advisory Committee.

§ 2.2-2629.1. Advisory Committee.

The Council shall establish a non voting advisory committee consisting ofrepresentatives of Virginia tribes officially recognized by the Commonwealthand non-recognized Indian descendant communities. The advisory committeeshall perform duties which may be assigned by the Council.
