§ 2.2-3311. Day of recognition for early childhood and day-care providers andprofessionals.
The Friday before Mother's Day of each year shall be designated as a day ofrecognition for early childhood and day-care providers and professionals toacknowledge the contributions of and pay tribute to early childhood andday-care providers and professionals who serve the children of theCommonwealth.
