§ 2.2-4000. Short title; purpose.
A. This chapter may be cited as the "Administrative Process Act."
B. The purpose of this chapter is to supplement present and future basic lawsconferring authority on agencies either to make regulations or decide casesas well as to standardize court review thereof save as laws hereafter enactedmay otherwise expressly provide. This chapter shall not supersede or repealadditional procedural requirements in such basic laws.
