2.2-4409 - Authority to secure public deposits; acceptance of liabilities and duties by public depositories.

§ 2.2-4409. Authority to secure public deposits; acceptance of liabilitiesand duties by public depositories.

All qualified public depositories are hereby authorized to secure publicdeposits in accordance with this chapter and shall be deemed to have acceptedthe liabilities and duties imposed upon it pursuant to this chapter.
