§ 2.2-5602. Supplementary agreements.
No supplementary agreement entered into pursuant to Article VI of the compactand requiring the expenditure of funds or the assumption of an obligation toexpend funds in addition to those already appropriated shall become effectiveas to the Commonwealth unless funds therefor are or have been appropriated asprovided by law.
