§ 20-104.1. Orders of publication may be combined.
Orders of publication as provided for in § 20-104 in any two or more suitsfor annulment or divorce may be combined into a single order to be publishedas required by law; provided that, at such time as the clerk may direct theplaintiff in each case shall pay to the clerk a pro rata share of the expenseof such publication. Payments made by any plaintiff shall be subject to theprovisions of § 20-99 as to costs.
