§ 21-138. Same; levy of tax.
The governing body shall, if necessary for the payment of the interest on thebonds or to increase the sinking fund provided for hereunder, levy an annualtax upon all the property in the district subject to local taxation to paysuch interest and to make payments into the sinking fund.
