§ 21-175. Approval of disposal methods.
The method proposed to be used by a commission for treating and disposing ofsewage and industrial wastes so as to prevent the pollution of the tidalwaters of the district, and any substantial change in such method, shall,before being finally adopted or used by the commission, be approved by theState Health Commissioner as effective and satisfactory for the purposeintended.
