§ 22.1-242. State Board to adopt regulations.
The Board shall adopt regulations governing (i) the purchase of textbooksapproved by it for use in the public schools directly from the publishers byschool boards and (ii) the distribution of such textbooks for the use bychildren attending public schools in Virginia.
