§ 22.1-264. Misdemeanor to make false statements as to age.
Any person who makes a false statement concerning the age of a child betweenthe ages set forth in § 22.1-254 for the purpose of evading the provisions ofthis article shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
