22.1-326 - License restricted to specific disability categories; supplementary application.

§ 22.1-326. License restricted to specific disability categories;supplementary application.

A school may offer education programs serving the disability categoriesspecifically indicated on its license only. A supplementary application foradditional programs of instruction or disability categories may be submittedin such form as the Board may prescribe.
