§ 22.1-328. Renewal of licenses.
The license of each school that continues to operate as such shall be renewedon or before the anniversary date set by the Department. Every license thathas not been renewed in accordance with these provisions shall expire and anew license shall be obtained from the Board before such school may continueto operate, for which an original application must be submitted. Theapplication shall be accompanied by such information deemed necessary by theBoard.
