§ 24.2-409.1. State Board to transmit information pertaining to personsconvicted of a felony in federal court.
Upon receipt of a notice of a felony conviction sent by a United Statesattorney pursuant to the National Voter Registration Act (42 U.S.C. § 1973gget seq.), the State Board shall notify the appropriate general registrar ofthe conviction.
