§ 24.2-443. Absentee ballots for persons registered under this article.
In accordance with instructions provided by the State Board, the electoralboard shall provide to any person registering under this article the ballotto vote absentee by mail for the federal election and no other ballot. Theabsentee ballots shall be voted by mail, handled, and counted with otherabsentee ballots voted by mail in accordance with the provisions of thistitle.
