§ 24.2-443.4. Absentee ballots for persons registered under this article.
In accordance with instructions provided by the State Board, the electoralboard shall provide to any person registering under this article the ballotto vote absentee. The absentee ballots shall be voted, handled, and countedwith other absentee ballots in accordance with the provisions of this title.
