§ 26-27. Commissioners to post list of fiduciaries whose accounts are beforethem for settlement.

Every commissioner of accounts shall, on the first day of the term of anycircuit court of his county or city, or during the first week of each month,post at the front door of the courthouse of such circuit court a list of thefiduciaries whose accounts are before him for settlement, stating the namesof such fiduciaries, the nature of their accounts, whether as personalrepresentative, guardian, conservator, curator, committee, or trustee, andthe name of their decedents, or of the persons for whom they are guardians,conservators, curators, or committees, or under whose deed or otherinstrument of trust they are acting. No account of any fiduciary shall becompleted by any commissioner until ten days after the list containing thename of such fiduciary as aforesaid shall have been so posted.
