§ 26-29. Who may insist or object before commissioner.

Any person who is interested, or appears as next friend for anotherinterested in any such account, may, before the commissioner, insist upon orobject to anything which could be insisted upon or objected to by him, or forsuch other, if the commissioner were acting under an order of a circuit courtfor the settlement thereof, made in a suit to which he or such other was aparty.
