27-50 - Adoption of article by counties, cities and towns.

§ 27-50. Adoption of article by counties, cities and towns.

This article shall not become effective in any county, city or town until thegoverning body thereof shall adopt and approve the same by resolution dulypassed and spread on its minutes.
