§ 28.2-1006. Lawfully harvested finfish and shellfish; possession, storage,marketing and disposal.
Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, finfish, crabs,oysters, clams, and other shellfish caught in the waters within thejurisdiction of the Potomac River Fisheries Commission, in compliance withthe regulations prescribed by the Commission pursuant to the Potomac RiverCompact of 1958, may be possessed, stored, marketed, and otherwise disposedof elsewhere in the Commonwealth.
