28.2-1104 - Coordination.

§ 28.2-1104. Coordination.

A. To the extent feasible, this system shall be carried out in coordinationwith the National Estuarine Research Reserve System established by 16 U.S.C.§ 1461.

B. To the extent feasible, lands within the Virginia Estuarine and CoastalResearch Reserve System shall be dedicated as part of the Commonwealth'snatural area preserves components pursuant to § 10.1-213.
