§ 28.2-1318. Violations; penalty.
Any person who knowingly, intentionally, or negligently violates any order,rule, or regulation of the Commission or of a wetlands board establishedpursuant to this chapter, any provision of this chapter or of a wetlandszoning ordinance enacted pursuant to this chapter, or any provision of apermit granted pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.Following a conviction, every day the violation continues is a separateoffense.
