§ 28.2-1418. Violations; penalty.
Any person who knowingly, intentionally, or negligently violates any order,rule, or regulation of the Commission or of a wetlands board, any provisionof this chapter or of a coastal primary sand dune zoning ordinance enactedpursuant to this chapter, or any provision of a permit granted pursuant tothis chapter is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Following a conviction,every day the violation continues is a separate offense.
