28.2-907 - Jurisdiction of courts.

§ 28.2-907. Jurisdiction of courts.

Any proceeding under any section of this subtitle shall be before a court ofcompetent jurisdiction in the county or city (i) in which the offense wascommitted or (ii) adjacent to the waters in which the offense was committed.
